"When I first found Grasshoppers Jumpers I was immediately impressed with the beautiful design and simple timeless style. The quality was obvious, the colour range gorgeous and I had never seen anything quite like these little mini jumpers before - they were perfect. I then heard of the inspiration and motivation behind the product - WOW! Here is a project empowering women to better their world, provide for their families and build self worth.

My husband Mark also loved the jumpers and we decided that we wanted one for our little one (who was in the making). Very shortly after that my husband was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumour. He very sadly passed away one month before our son was born. Before he died we had very little time between doctors appointments, treatments, day to day struggles to even talk about the pregnancy or the baby. We did however order a grasshoppers jumper and Mark and I loved our first and only purchase made for our baby together. We both loved the purpose behind the project and bought several as gifts for friends. Every one has responded with the same initial 'Oh Wow!' feeling that we had.

My son’s jumper still looks new even though it has been worn over and over again. Every time he wears it I am reminded of a time in my life when Mark was well and we were planning our future together, as well as the incredible human spirit which continues to work to help each other build lives, create opportunity and reach goals. The women of Zimbabwe should be very proud.
